In the last stage of the journey (Migration), when Prophet (S. A. W.) left Quba (few Kilometres from Madina) ” his Camel stopped walking and sat down in a open area of”Bani-Bukhar”. According to Prophet sallalla ho allihi wasalam, it is our last destination and this is Almighty Allah’s will. It was the the land of two orphans- Sohail and Sahal. These two orphans did not want any cost of this land. They said, “we shall take reward of it on the Day of Judgement” .They wanted to give their land voluntarily to beloved Prophet sallalla ho allihi wasalam, but kind hearted Muhammad sallalla ho allihi wasalam estimated its’ cost which was paid by Syedna Abu Bakar Siddiq (RA) from his own pocket. Rabi’ul-Awwal is the most significant month in the Islamic history, because humanity has been blessed in this month by the birth of the Holy Prophet Muhammad, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam. Before the birth of the Holy Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, not only the Arabian peninsula, but also the so-called civilized nations of Rome and Persia were drowned in the darkness of ignorance, superstitions, oppression and unrest. The Holy Prophet, Sall-Allahu alayhi wa sallam, came with the eternal truth ofTawhid (Oneness of Allah), the only faith which provides a firm basis for the real concepts of knowledge, equity and peace. It was this faith which delivered humanity from ignorance and superstitions and spread the light of true knowledge all over the world.

THE ISLAMIC CREED: LAILAH ILA ALLAH MUHAMMAD ROSULULLAH

All praise is for Allah, the Lord and Cherisher of the universe. We praise Him and seek His help and forgiveness. We seek refuge in Allah from the evil of ourselves and the wickedness of our own deeds. Whomever Allah guides, cannot be lead astray and whomever Allah does not guide, none can guide him. I bear witness that none has the right to be worshiped except Allah, alone without associate, and I bear witness that Muhammad is His Messenger. May the peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, his household, his companions and all those who follow them in righteousness till the Day of Judgment.

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim

Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim

The Arabic phrase shown above is pronounced as Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim, and is a beautifully poetic phrase which offers both deep insight and brilliant inspiration. It has often been said that the phrase Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim contains the true essence of the entire Qur’an, as well as the true essence of all religions.

Muslims often say this phrase when embarking on any significant endeavor, and the phrase is considered by some to be a major pillar of Islam. This expression is so magnificent and so concise that all but one chapter of the Qur’an begins with the words Bismillah ir-Rahman ir-Rahim.

The common translation:

“In the name of God, most Gracious, most Compassionate”.
